
With 20+ years of writing and editing under her belt, Daisy specializes in delivering tight, engaging copy for targeted audiences, including creating content for national media and trade publications. With Akrete since 2012, serving Akrete clients in workplace strategy, technology, real estate, finance and cannabis, she has helped translate thought leadership into blogs, email campaigns, video scripts, annual reports, white papers as well as publications as varied as Forbes, Work Design, Wired, Area Development, Huffington Post, Live Science and USA Today.
Outside of her work with Team Akrete, Daisy served as a lead writer on Al Gore’s “Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power.” Her writing has been featured in diverse channels like NBC’s The Feast, Disney’s Ideal Bite, Chicago Public Media, Rocky Mountain Institute, and Yale Climate Connections.
Overall, her favorite projects are those that find and elevate human experience in this wild and changing world. Daisy has traveled all over the globe and loves hiking, biking and reading. She holds a degree in creative writing from Colorado College and lives with her wife and child in Northern California.
